Can you plan a custom trip, or do you only offer packages?

Both! #BeTravelGoals offer curated packages for popular destinations, but most of my clients work with me to build a fully custom itinerary based on their interests, budget, and travel style.

How far in advance should I book my trip?

You can book your trip at anytime. Please note that pricing and availability for flights is only available 10 months prior to departure. For popular destinations, I recommend booking your package at least 3-6 months in advance. That said, I'm happy to book a last-minute getaways if you're ready to go now.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Travel for groups of 10 or more require $55 per person planning fee. All fees must be paid upfront. For returning clients, a planning fee is not required. I will always be transparent about costs before you commit.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, most bookings require a deposit to hold your reservation, with the balance due closer to your travel date. Deposit amounts vary by trip and will be outlined in your quote.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted debit cards and are paid directly to the vacation supplier. You will never pay #BeTravelGoals directly. Checks and wire transfers are not accepted.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, etc.) and will be clearly explained at the time of booking. I highly recommend travel insurance to help protect your investment.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Yes, I offer optional travel insurance to help cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected events. Travel insurance rates are based your vacation package costs, age, length of travel and destination.

What if something goes wrong while I'm traveling?

#BeTravelGoals provides 24/7 emergency support during your trip. If a flight is cancelled, a hotel issue comes up, or you just need help, you can reach me anytime, no matter the time difference.

Do you book flights only, or full vacation packages?

My speciality is curated vacation packages that include flights, hotels, transportation and tours. For flight only bookings a $100 per person fee is added to the flight costs.

How do I get started?

Reach out through my contact form, email, or phone, and I will follow up durin my standard business hours, Monday - Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

What information do you need to start planning my trip?

There are a few critical pieces of information needed before we start: your destination, travel dates, budget, group size, and any must-haves (like adventure activities, relaxation, or specific accommodations). I'll take it from there.
